By the end of this phase, a clear design intent and a working budget are established. The approved Letter of Agreement and the first payment initiate the project.

Phase 2: Design Development and Presentation

Design Planning:
Utilize gathered information to craft a comprehensive design plan over several weeks. Develop early concepts through mood boards, layouts, sketches, 3D renderings, and color stories. Frequent communication keeps you involved.

Design Presentation:
Culminating in an exciting presentation, this phase showcases visuals, color stories, material samples, and detailed cost breakdowns.




Phase 3: Implementation

Project Launch:
With approved designs, collected deposits, and revised plans, we initiate the project. Purchase orders are created and tracked, items are ordered, received, and inspected. Frequent site visits ensure smooth collaboration.

Phase 4: Installation

Project Completion:

Furniture and window treatments are delivered, marking the final touches and details to bring your dream design to life.

Phase 5: Walk Through

Final Check:
Schedule a walk-through to address any remaining tasks and ensure we've met or exceeded your expectations. Final invoices are settled at this stage.
